Securing the Benefits of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty

The Stimson Center and the Arms Control
Association are co-hosting an event to propose an
initiative to secure the benefits of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty. Our
meeting will be held at Stimson's conference facilities on Thursday, September
22nd, at 3:00pm. Stimson is located at 1111 19th Street, NW, on the 12th
floor. The Dupont Circle and Farragut Metro stations are nearby. We will be
joined by David Koplow, Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Applied
Legal Studies at Georgetown Law. David has recently returned
to Georgetown Law from another stint at the Pentagon's General Counsel's
office.
