As a resource to assist States Parties in completing their ATT annual reports on arms exports and imports, this training guide serves as a practical reference document for government officials as they prepare such reports. It contains modules describing best practice for data sourcing and collection, guidance for the identification and categorization of conventional arms and small arms and light weapons, and ways to streamline reporting to both the ATT and the UN Register of Conventional Arms.
