Managing Across Boundaries Director Brian Finlay and Stimson co-founder Barry Blechman co-authored a report exploring what the climate change community can learn from the experiences of the weapons and trade regimes.  Written together with Ruth Greenspan Bell, Micah S. Ziegler, and Thomas Cottier, it is titled Building International Climate Cooperation: Lessons from the Weapons and Trade Regimes for Achieving International Climate Goals
