Elizabeth Threlkeld joins the Warcast to discuss the future of Taliban-Pakistan ties. Elizabeth is a senior fellow and deputy director of the South Asia Program at the Stimson Center. Before Stimson, she served as a Foreign Service Officer with the State Department in Islamabad and Peshawar, Pakistan. Elizabeth and Grace Easterly co-authored a recent USIP report, Afghanistan-Pakistan Ties and Future Stability in Afghanistan.
