The program analyzes the dynamics of cross-strait relations, including the bilateral relations among the United States, the PRC, and Taiwan.
The East Asia program assesses developments and trends in the region through the exchange of ideas and people between the U.S. and the Asia-Pacific region. The program frequently convenes experts and policymakers from the region to discuss vital security issues. Through candid discussions both in the U.S. and in the region, academics and officials can exchange views on current challenges and develop innovative and pragmatic policy solutions.
