Claire Doyle is a Research Analyst with the Environmental Security Program at the Stimson Center. Her work focuses on human rights and development in the context of a just energy transition, as well as on issues of population, health, and security. Prior to joining the Stimson Center, Claire was a Program Associate at the Wilson Center’s Environmental Change and Security Program, where she spearheaded the program’s portfolio on critical minerals, launched a podcast series on climate justice, and co-led a climate security fellowship program for emerging leaders in the MENA region.
Claire holds a master’s degree in Environment and Sustainability with a concentration in Environmental Justice from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a bachelor’s degree in foreign service from Georgetown University. She previously worked with the American Indian Higher Education Consortium and interned with the Environmental Peacebuilding Association and the World Food Programme.
