On Tuesday, December 18, Stimson Co-Founder and Distinguished Fellow Barry Blechman spoke at the World Affairs Council – Washington, DC‘s “50 Years of Nuclear Crisis – From Cuba to Iran.” Blechman, fellow discussant Amb. Robert Joseph, former Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security, and Dr. Susan Koch, moderator, addressed international organizations’ efforts to reduce and disarm the global nuclear aresenal since the Cuban Missile Crisis.
