Sydney Tucker

Sydney Tucker is a Research Associate with the East Asia program at the Stimson Center. Her research focuses on China-Russia civil energy relations, Chinese foreign policy, and China’s conflict mediation diplomacy in a variety of regions. Prior to joining Stimson, Sydney interned at the Hudson Institute analyzing new concerns in the Chinese financial system. She holds a BA from the University of Mississippi in Mandarin Chinese and an MA in International Relations and International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
