Gabriel Savagner

Gabriel Savagner was a Program Assistant with the Partnerships in Proliferation Prevention program at the Stimson Center. Prior to joining the Stimson Center, he worked as a Research Assistant at George Washington University for the Media and Peacebuilding Project and then for the Sigur Center for Asian Studies’ Rising Powers Initiative. He also worked as a Junior Research Fellow at the Strategic Studies Institute and interned at the Peacekeeping and Stability Operations Institute, both within the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle, PA.

He is a M.A. candidate at George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs, in the Security Policy Studies program. He holds an undergraduate degree and a M.A. in in Political Science from Sciences Po Toulouse in France.
