Visiting Fellow Hamid Farooq Presents Research

With support from the National Nuclear Security Administration, the Stimson Center hosts Pakistani Visiting Fellows from the Strategic Plans Division, Joint Staff Headquarters. Each fellowship is for three months, during which the fellow works on a research project. On Monday, June 22 at 4 PM, our latest visiting fellow, Lt. Col. Hamid Farooq, gave a preliminary presentation of the research conducted during his stay at the Stimson Center. The subject of his research has been the efficacy of confidence-building measures for enhancing regional stability in South Asia.
