Aziz Soltobaev

Aziz Soltobaev is an expert in promoting tech entrepreneurship and fostering the digital economy, with a focus on building country-level capacity. He has served as a policy adviser to various government offices and has contributed to the development of national strategies, including the “TazaKoom” National Digital Transformation Strategy and the “Vision 2018-2040” National Sustainable Development Strategy. With 19 years of entrepreneurship experience in Central Asia, Mongolia, Aziz has a wide range of expertise including e-governance, artificial intelligence, digitalization, digital economy, ecommerce and digital marketing, ICT, entrepreneurship, and digital skills and competencies. Aziz is the co-founder and programs manager for the Internet Society Kyrgyz Chapter, where he has led various projects related to digital skills, Internet connectivity, internet of things, AI and edtech.
