Shrouded in Secrecy: Examining Key Challenges to Arms Trade Transparency
As weapons flow around the world, transparency around where these weapons are from and where they are going remains elusive. Join the Stimson Center for an expert discussion on the most pressing challenges to arms trade transparency. The event will launch a new Stimson report based on a survey of States’ experiences and challenges with reporting under the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT), share insights from Small Arms Survey’s 2021 Transparency Barometer, and highlight the priorities of the ATT Working Group on Transparency and Reporting to help increase global arms trade transparency.
