Nothing is Impossible: Ted Osius on War Legacies and Mekong Issues

Join Ambassador Ted Osius and Thao Griffiths for a book talk on the recently published Nothing is Impossible: America’s Reconciliation with Vietnam. Only fifty years after the end of conflict, international diplomacy has led to a renaissance in relations and Vietnam has become one of America’s strongest partners in Southeast Asia. This book talk discussion will build on Nothing is Impossible to explore the role that collaboration on addressing war legacies and rising challenges related to the Mekong River have played in supporting a strong U.S.–Vietnam relationship.

Simultaneous interpretation in Vietnamese will be provided. This event is supported by the War Legacies Working Group.
