In the wake of continued U.S. arms provision to Saudi Arabia after the murder of Jamal Khashoggi and impeachment investigations of security assistance initially withheld for Ukraine, the arms trade has been at the center of the news in recent months.Often missing, however, is a deeper discussion of what responsibility in the arms trade looks like.
