This is the one meeting a year when we take a broad look at what both the quantitative models and the qualitative lists suggests may lie ahead. Dartmouth College’s Professor Benjamin Valentino will once again walk us through his assessment of some twenty-plus lists, with a special emphasis on the GFA countries, and those states that show the greatest movement across the lists.
