Kristen Laughlin, CEO of Avion Consulting Group, is a finance and global consulting executive with 20+ years of industry experience in finance, global business, and foreign direct investment. She specializes in forging strategic partnerships and facilitating financial transactions across numerous sectors. Before founding Avion in 2016, Kristen worked in business consulting and capital markets, where she built two global private equity funds in real estate and healthcare. Kristen is a former Marshall Memorial Fellow and currently serves on the Advisory Board of Impulse4Women. Kristen graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in the Cleveland, Ohio area, where she now resides with her husband and son.
