Chris Frangione is an advisor supporting organizations at the intersection of operations, strategy, culture, and innovation. He is an expert on open innovation and has testified on it in front of both the U.S. House and the Senate. He has led global engagements for private organizations, NGOs, academic institutions, the U.S. government, and the European Commission including with NASA, National Geographic, University of Chicago, and Milken Institute. In addition, he serves as a fractional COO/CSO to startups in the conservation technology space. Chris holds a BA from Colby College and a MA in Environmental Management and MBA from Duke University.
