Conor Trung Boba is the Development Associate at the Stimson Center, where he supports institutional fundraising strategies, donor stewardship, grant proposal and report coordination, and donor prospect research.

Before joining Stimson, Conor worked in the international development sector with both NGOs and a government contractor. With a focus on project management, budgeting, and donor compliance, he has supported programs advancing human rights advocacy, civic engagement, and climate change adaptation across South and Southeast Asia. Conor holds an M.A. in Law and Diplomacy from Tufts University and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut.
