Data and tracking of arms transfers to Ukraine and analysis on potential tactical, strategic, and diplomatic consequences and risks

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has spurred an unprecedented surge in international military support to Kyiv and its neighbors. The United States, in particular, has rushed billions of dollars’ worth of arms and other military hardware to Ukraine and has helped galvanize European efforts to harden the continents defenses against potential Russian threats. This project provides data and tracking of the expanding scale of arms transfers as a result of Russia’s invasion, and provides analysis on potential tactical, strategic, and diplomatic consequences and risks of these transfers.
