On Thursday, February 7th, David Michel participated in a Wilson Center panel discussion titled “Strengthening Responses to Climate Variability in South Asia,” jointly hosted by the center’s Asia Program and Global Sustainability and Resilience Program. Michel was joined on the panel by Mary Melnyk with the U.S. Agency for International Development, Janani Vivekananda with International Alert, and Michael Kugelman with the Asia Program at the Wilson Center.
