Thomas Lattanzio is a research intern with the East Asia team at Stimson. Prior to his arrival at the Center, he served overseas in the United States Navy before studying public policy at the University of Chicago. Currently, his research interests focus on the future of American naval innovation and competition in East Asia, with an emphasis on alliance management.
