Pulkit is a Junior Fellow with the Nuclear and Space Policy Initiative at the Observer Research Foundation (ORF). Her research focuses on India’s nuclear program and utilization of nuclear energy. She also works on the politics of nuclear nonproliferation and the international regimes involved in maintaining the nuclear world order. Prior to joining ORF, Pulkit was an Editorial Assistant with a leading development journal. She graduated from the London School of Economics with a Masters in International Relations.
