Col. Daisuke Haraki (JASDF) is a Visiting Fellow with the Japan Program at the Stimson Center for Fall 2020. He holds a Doctor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the National Defense Academy of Japan in Yokosuka. He is also a graduate of the Joint Advance Course of the Joint Staff College in Tokyo.
