Gabrielle Green

Gabrielle Green was a Research Associate with the Blockchain in Practice and Partnerships in Proliferation Prevention Programs at the Stimson Center. Her research focuses on WMD non-proliferation with specific focus on blockchain technology, nuclear safeguards, United Nations Security Council Resolution 1540 assistance programs, and chemical weapons-related material security. Green is particularly interested in distributed ledger technology in nuclear safeguards practice and in issues related to preventing the spread of WMD and WMD-related materials. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also has a Master of Science in International Relations from the University of Glasgow in Scotland.
