Tony Aghazarian

Tony enjoys introducing influential products, at society-changing scale, where his focus can be prototyping, measuring, and diagnosing a clean, capable design to generate products that are both massively reproducible and of superb quality. As a result, he has spent years creating and assessing product lines inside factories in the US, China, Mexico, Ireland, Japan, and Singapore. He currently leads a large multidisciplinary organization where several arms have budgets in the hundreds of millions.

Outside of work his personal interests are broad, but his visible efforts are most often focused on education. He has collaborated with the Khan Academy’s accreditation programs, worked with Cal Poly to prepare science students for jobs in tech-related fields, and has closely supported academic research into China’s labor conditions
