Shimere Howard, is a Grants & Finance Accountant at the Stimson Center.  She is responsible for AP and AR related functions, Prepare 1099’s, Annual Audit Preparation, Develop and Manage Grant Budgets, Manage Grants Proposals and Assist with developing and maintaining processes and systems.  Prior to joining Stimson, Shimere was a Contracts and Grants Accountant at Catholic Charities.  She served as an expert and liaison for leading and directing programs funded by federal, state, and private funds while preparing budgetary reports and statements. 

Shimere has a A.A. from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
