Robert Flickinger

Robert (Rob) Flickinger was a 2022-2023 Federal Executive Fellow on assignment from the United States Navy. Rob is an Information Warfare Officer who has served in multiple operational and staff assignments over the last 26 years, including two tour of duty at the Pentagon. Most recently, he served in the Office of the Naval Inspector General where he was responsible for providing oversight of intelligence and security-related programs. Rob brings a breadth of education and experience to Stimson. He earned a BS in Physics from the U.S. Naval Academy, a MBA from the University of Hawaii, and a MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
