Mr. Matthew Rose is a technology strategist with over 20 years of experience in the US Federal Government, military, industry and academia. His current focus is on improving technology adoption and policy through his affiliation with the Atlantic Council and Acquisition Innovation Research Center. Most recently, Matthew was the Chief Design Officer and Directorate Chief for AI Strategy and Policy within the Office of the Secretary of Defense and Joint Artificial Intelligence Center. Before then, he helped drive cloud adoption and AI development through the White House’s IT Centers of Excellence at the General Services Administration.
