Lena W Jansson has served in a variety of leadership-, entrepreneurial-, communication, and talent roles. She is currently CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) at Auroa Innovation, a tech company focusing on the accessibility of healthcare services. Prior to Auroa innovation she worked as Head of Communication & Talent and CEO for Unibap AB (Nasdaq First North), a Swedish Space company . Lena is a member of the board of directors in the tech-company, Swedome AB, and an honorary member of Norrland’s Nation at Uppsala University. She is also involved in the NGO Brainpool which aims to find, help, and develop specially gifted youth into science, society, and business. She moves between different parts of society, briefly across different academic disciplines to build bridges between them. Lena has worked with both private and public sector in Europe and the United States.
