Kristen Laughlin, CEO of Avion Consulting Group, is a finance and global consulting executive with 15+ years of industry experience. She specializes in forging strategic partnerships and facilitating investments across numerous sectors. Before founding Avion in 2016, Kristen worked in business consulting and capital markets, where she built two global private equity funds in real estate and healthcare. Kristen is a former Marshall Memorial Fellow and currently serves on the Advisory Board of Impulse4Women and as vice-chair of the transatlantic Women on Corporate Boards initiative. Kristen graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in the Cleveland, Ohio area, where she now resides with her husband and son.
