Content Evolution | 2009 to present | Kevin is Federation Leader & President of Content Evolution, based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Content Evolution is a federation of companies and professionals working in innovation, voice-of-people research, business strategy, branding, and customer experience design. He is also Chairman & CEO of ChoiceFlows Inc, CEO of platformUX, leader of SenseMapping, K2 Enduring Brands, and AI Readiness coLab – all Content Evolution federation companies and practices. Kevin is co-host of the Content Evolution nuWorld weekly membership podcast featuring topics and guests at the intersection of people+tech. He serves on several boards both fiduciary and advisory.
Service | Kevin is the Chair of the People-Centered Internet Community Forum, is ambassador to the International Society of Service Innovation Professionals (ISSIP) and is a named thinktank member of the Loomis Innovation Council for the Stimson Center. He will soon be published as a coauthor of Healthcare Robotics. He has contributed chapters to several books and published dozens of articles in peer-reviewed journals, online, and for conferences.
Education | Kevin is a graduate of the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the School of Communications with minors in business and philosophy and is a member of the Mortar Board National Honor Society.
