Jacqueline “Jackie” Acker is an attorney, policy strategist, and educator with over a decade of experience at the nexus of technology, law, and governance. She specializes in AI governance, data privacy, and cybersecurity, and has shaped national and international standards for ethical technology through roles at the Central Intelligence Agency, the White House, the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and American University. Jackie played a pivotal role in developing the IAPP AI Governance Professional Certification and led the creation of the Intelligence Community’s AI Ethics Framework as well as OMB Memoranda on federal use of AI.
