Dr. Pooja Bhatt is an Associate Professor at Jindal School of International Affairs, Jindal Global University, India. She is the author of the book Nine-Dash Line: Deciphering the South China Sea Conundrum (Republished by Routledge June 2024; Knowledge World 2020). Previously, she was a Consultant with the Policy Planning & Research division, Ministry of External Affairs, India and taught as an Assistant Professor at Rashtriya Raksha University, Gujarat. Pooja received her doctoral degree from the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, in 2021. She also holds a diploma in the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Seas (UNCLOS) from Yeosu Academy, Korea Maritime Institute.
