Afeera Firdous is an independent analyst with a decade of experience across government, media, and policy research. She has previously served as a Research Associate and Outreach Coordinator at the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. She also worked as Research Lead and Communications Manager at Pakistan Now, a leading digital media platform, and as Associate Research Officer with the Center for International Strategic Studies (CISS), contributing to research on security and strategic affairs.

Afeera holds an M.Phil. in Strategic Studies from the National Defence University, Islamabad. Her work focuses on South Asian geopolitics, nuclear non-proliferation, counterterrorism, and the evolving landscape of cyberspace.
