The Stimson Center Participates In Experts’ Meeting In The Dominican Republic On Usage Of UNSCR 15

The Stimson Center, in collaboration with the Office of the Assistant Secretary General of the Organization of American States, the Stanley Foundation, and the Government of Canada, hosted an experts meeting on implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1540 in the Dominican Republic. The purpose of this meeting was to identify development and capacity building needs in six countries of the Caribbean Basin-Barbados, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica, St. Kitts and Nevis, and Trinidad and Tobago.
