The event, which will include opening remarks and an informal discussion with U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar, will feature four distinguished experts from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs community and the Washington-based Stimson Center. Moderated by Humphrey School Dean Eric P. Schwartz, this engaging panel discussion will feature former officials from the White House, the Defense and State Departments, the U.S. Military and the National Intelligence Council:
