Experts share thoughts on how the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has evolved, where things currently stand, and what may transpire in the months ahead.

The situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, a disputed territory between Armenia and Azerbaijan in the South Caucasus, is getting more dire after the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war. This APSG meeting includes interventions by former US Ambassador Carey Cavanaugh, a professor at Kentucky State University and Chairman of International Alert; Lecturers at American University of Armenia Siranuysh Sahakyan (human rights professional, former aide to the President of Armenia and an ad hoc Judge of the European Court of Human Rights) and Arman Tatoyan (former Human Rights Defender of Armenia); as well as Professor Elisa von Joeden-Forgey of Keene State College who shares some thoughts on how the current situation has evolved, where things currently stand, and what may transpire in the months ahead.
