Examining critical issues regarding nuclear dynamics and security challenges facing the Korean Peninsula, drawing from South Asia’s experiences.
About the Project
In response to growing public support in South Korea for an indigenous nuclear weapons program, the Stimson Center’s Korea and South Asia Programs examined South Asia’s nuclearization experience as a comparative case, looking at nuclear dynamics and security challenges facing the Korean Peninsula and drawing out lessons for Northeast Asia’s possible nuclear future.
