Lieutenant Colonel Todd M. Copeland is the National Defense Fellow at Stimson. He formerly served as the commander of the 509th Operations Support Squadron, Whiteman AFB, MO. Prior to that he served as the chief of air to ground weapons and bomber test programs at the Pentagon in the Headquarters Air Force, Division of Test and Evaluation. Lt Col Copeland is a command pilot with over 3,900 hours.
