Johanna Mendelson Forman is a Senior Advisor with the Managing Across Boundaries Initiative at the Stimson Center, where she works on security and development issues, including regional multilateral engagement, civil-military relations and stabilization and reconstruction.
Dr. Richard P. Cronin is the Director of the Southeast Asia program at Stimson. He works on transboundary and nontraditional security issues in Southeast Asia and the South China Sea, from a political economy perspective.
