The Mekong Basin Connect program collaborates with stakeholders to develop strategies for integrated water-energy planning and stakeholder-driven processes that reach across borders to ensure a sustainable and secure Mekong basin. This program promotes pragmatic approaches that meet each country’s development needs while minimizing environmental, social, and political risks.
