Ryan Fletcher

Ryan Fletcher is a Research Associate with the Conventional Defense Program at the Stimson Center. His research focuses on the global arms trade, the use and export of armed drones, the provision of military assistance to governments that use and recruit child soldiers, and the development of international norms and standards to regulate the trade in and use of conventional weapons. Prior to joining Stimson, Ryan worked as a Program Associate for the Public International Law and Policy Group. He holds an M.A. in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School and a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from George Washington University.
