Aditi Gorur is a specialist in international peace and security. From 2021 to 2025, she served in the Biden-Harris Administration as senior policy advisor to the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. Prior to that role, she was a senior fellow and director of the Protecting Civilians in Conflict Program at the Stimson Center, where her work focused on multilateral conflict prevention and conflict management initiatives. She holds a Master’s degree in international security from Georgetown University, and undergraduate degrees in law and international development from the University of Melbourne.
