Turtle Bay event on preventing the proliferation of conventional weapons covered in Foreign Policy

“The Turtle Bay Security Roundtable: Opportunities to Prevent Proliferation of Conventional Weapons,” an event co-hosted by the Stimson Center’s Managing Across Boundaries (MAB) program in cooperation with the Permanent Missions of Japan, Poland, and Turkey, respectively, to the United Nations, was covered by Christian Caryl in Foreign Policy magazine. Caryl writes on the Arms Trade Treaty being negotiated this summer. Stimson’s Chairman of the Board Linc Bloomfield delivered opening remarks at Turtle Bay, and MAB Director Brian Finlay and Fellow Rachel Stohl moderated.
