Michelle Kae was the Deputy Director of the Stimson Center’s 38 North Program and Producer for the 38 North website, a web journal that provides policy and technical analysis on North Korea. Prior to joining Stimson, she was a Research Assistant at the US-Korea Institute at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. She holds a B.A. in American Studies and Psychology from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT.
