The Intersection of Climate and Security

Highlighting critical issues of international peace and security and the coming climate crisis.

About the Project

This series of Climate Talks, both public and private, co-hosted with the German Embassy to the United States, will bring together policymakers, academics, think tanks and industry over the course of 2023 with the goal of sharing perspectives, educating, and identifying practical opportunities for international cooperation to meet the burgeoning security challenges spurred by a changing climate. Topics covered include Small Island Developing States (SIDS), Climate Finance, Gender, and the Global South.
