Anna Pluff

Anna is a Junior Fellow with the Stimson Center’s Partnerships in Proliferation Prevention Program. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in History from Colgate University and completed her M.A. in History from the University of Chicago. Her interests include social and environmental justice, CBRN-proliferation issues, and uranium mining. Prior to Stimson, Anna worked as a research associate at Business Executives for National Security analyzing critical minerals and supply-chain challenges.
