Tony Tai-Ting Liu is an Assistant Professor jointly affiliated with the Graduate Institute of International Politics and General Education Center at National Chung Hsing University (NCHU). He currently serves as the secretary general for the Taiwan Political Science Association. He has held teaching and visiting research positions at Tamkang University, University of Tokyo, Australian Catholic University and University of Tuebingen. His research interests include International Relations Theory, International Political Economy and Geopolitics, with a regional focus on the Asia Pacific, particularly Japan, China and Taiwan. He has published on a variety of topics in the Review of Global Politics (Chinese), Journal of East Asian Affairs, Education About Asia, Journal of Current Chinese Affairs, and Japanese Journal of Political Science among others.
