He later served as Senior Director of Policy at Americas Society/Council of the Americas, helping shape dialogue between business leaders and policymakers across the Western Hemisphere. In 2020, Simon joined UBS to lead its Client Intelligence Group, overseeing a research team that advises the bank’s anti–money laundering and business leadership on global risk trends, regulatory exposure, and geopolitical developments.
