Pakistan has said that peace cannot be enforced in Afghanistan, unless Kashmir dispute was settled between India and Pakistan.

During his stay in the US, the envoy said that a comprehensive peace settlement was needed to end hostilities of the past. He was speaking during an interaction at the Washington-based think-tank Stimson Centre.
